
One of the biggest things you can do for your skin is to stay hydrated. It's no myth that when you're dehydrated your skin will get dry and flaky, and lose some of it's elasticity and healthy glow. Make sure you get plenty of WATER every day so your body can take care of your skin.
Dehydration can also lead to blotchiness on the skin, so you want to avoid that.
Try a little experiment, dry body brush half your body for a week. Always working towards the heart. Best when using a DRY long handled body brush, lightly brush your skin to aid lymph lymphatic flow, sloughing off dead cells as you go, whilst boosting your circulation. Do BEFORE hopping into your shower!
Starting from your toes, in light quick strokes up to your outer thigh, then toes up to your inner thigh, sweeping around your tush towards the bikiniline, where the lymph nodes are. From below naval height, brush towards your bikiniline. Above naval height brush towards the heart. Fingertips up to your outer arm towards the heart & fingertips to inner side of arm into the your underarm. With your back, split down the middle & in sweeping movements towards your underarm. Guaranteed you will see a difference in the tone of your skin on the side you brushed & the side you didn't!
