Due to the level of active ingredients in these products & as authorized stockists, we are requested not to sell these products online. This is to ensure that you are purchasing the correct level of product to suit your skin's concerns. I can buy Environ products online through other sites, how come?
This is the internet! All Authorized stockists of Environ are deeply committed to training & working with the best products available. Due to the active ingredients & stringent guidelines, the Founder of Environ, Dr Des Fernandes does not wish the standard of advice, service or product given by the Authorized stockists to be diluted. Skincare Essentials is authorized & can guarantee the products are genuine, indate, ordered from source, backed by a passionate in-depth knowledge of the skin & how the products work.
At present delivery is FREE on all products.
Can I book in for a treatment or consultation?
Of course! To book in for a specific treatment or would prefer to book the time & then decide, text or call 07880 750735 or alternatively drop an email to info@skincareessentials.co.uk
We are aim to return all messages & requests within 24hrs.
Due to the nature of our business, we work on an appointment system only.
I have ordered the wrong product or the product is not suitable for me?
If you are unhappy at any time with the products you have received or you are not entirely satisfied with the products then we would gladly accept return of the goods and will provide you with a full refund of the same products.

- Ordered directly from Skincare Essentials website?
- Are all of the products in their original undamaged packaging?
- Are all of the products unopened, unused and the seals fully intact?
- Did you order the items less that 28 days ago?
- Have you had an adverse reaction to the products?

Packing the items for Returning
Re-pack all of the items you want to return in the original box, packed to ensure that the items are protected whilst in transit. Return to Skincare Essentials Returns, Suite 1 & 2, The Cloisters, Broyle Place Farm, Laughton Road, RINGMER, East Sussex, BN8 5SD with a copy of your original invoice sent by ourselves.
Upon receipt of the items, Skincare Essentials will email you stating your items have been received. We will then process the parcel and confirm that each of the items are in the same condition they were when dispatched.
All of the products are in their original undamaged packaging.
All of the products are unopened, unused and the seals fully intact.
Please note that any items that do not comply with the above rules will be ineligible for a refund.
Will my credit/debit cards details be held on your files?
We believe that your online shopping experience with Skincare Essentials should be completely safe & secure. We are fully confident that no unauthorised person or company can access credit card information entered on our site.
We keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will be required to re-enter this information. Your previous products ordered will be stored in our database for our exclusive use in bringing your greater customer satisfaction.

We at Skincare Essentials are committed to protecting your privacy and as such do not pass information concerning you to other businesses.
